Processing (Fulfillment) Times

  • Average fulfillment time: 2–5 business days before shipping; more than 50% of orders ship within 3 business days. Peak seasons or design/file issues can extend timelines.

  • Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time; EDTs are estimates, not guarantees.

Estimated Post‑Fulfillment Delivery Windows

  • United Kingdom: Standard 5–20 business days; Express 1–3 business days (UK only).

  • European Union: Standard 5–20 business days; DDP 3–7 business days where available.

  • United States: Standard 3–4 business days; Express 1–3 business days.

  • Canada: Standard 3–4 business days (domestic after fulfillment) or 5–20 international; Express 1–3 business days.

  • Note: Routes, carriers, and service availability vary by product and destination. Delivery estimates exclude customs processing and events outside carrier control.

Carriers and Methods

  • Standard tracked shipping by default; carriers and service levels vary by region and route. Express options may be available for select destinations.

  • Orders may ship from different facilities to speed delivery; multi‑shipment orders will receive separate tracking.

Tracking and Notifications

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent at dispatch. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to duties/taxes at delivery unless DDP is presented at checkout and selected routes support it. Customs agencies often calculate duties on the declared retail price.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

  • Provide a complete and accurate address, including unit numbers and correct postal codes. Undeliverable/returned parcels are held by our distribution partner for 30 days; reshipments incur shipping fees.

  • If tracking shows delivered but the parcel isn’t received, check with neighbors or your local post office, then contact support. Packages marked “Delivered” aren’t covered by Printful as lost.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If tracking stalls or the carrier confirms loss, or the item arrives damaged/with a fulfillment error, contact support within 30 days with photos and details for a free replacement or refund.
