  1. Overview
    These Terms of Service govern access to and use of sportandsoul.com and any purchases made via the site. By visiting, using the site, or placing an order, customers agree to these Terms and to our Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

  3. Eligibility
    Use of the site and purchases are intended for individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By ordering, the customer confirms being at least the age of majority in the customer’s jurisdiction.

  4. Products, Personalization, and Availability

  • Most products are made-to-order or personalized. Product images, descriptions, and mockups are provided for guidance and may vary slightly due to display and printing processes.

  • We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or change specifications without notice.

  • If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will cancel and issue a refund.

  1. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

  • Prices are shown in the selected currency and exclude or include taxes as indicated at checkout.

  • Applicable taxes, duties, and fees are calculated at checkout or may be payable by the customer on import, depending on destination.

  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, the customer authorizes us and our payment processors to charge the selected method for the order total.

  1. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Orders are offers to buy. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or errors in pricing or availability.

  • Orders for made-to-order or personalized items are processed promptly and may not be cancellable once production begins.

  1. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Processing and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Delays may occur due to carrier, customs, or supply chain factors.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided. Title passes upon full payment.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any costs arising from incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.

  1. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

  • Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color variance due to screen/device differences.

  • We will replace or refund items that are damaged, defective, misprinted, not as described, or lost in transit when notified within 30 days of delivery, with photos and order details, per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. In most cases, returns are not required; if required, a prepaid label will be provided for approved cases.

  1. Customer Accounts

  • Customers are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under the account.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or for suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.

  1. Acceptable Use
    Customers agree not to:

  • Interfere with site security or operations.

  • Infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property.

  • Customers warrant having necessary rights to submitted content and that it is lawful and non-infringing.

  • We may use third-party providers for payments, fulfillment, analytics, and returns. Such services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

  1. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Except as required by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, sportandsoul.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or loss of data.

  • Our aggregate liability for claims relating to purchases will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

    Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless sportandsoul.com from claims arising out of breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the site, or infringement of third-party rights.

  2. Governing Law and Disputes

  • UK and EU customers: Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and customers may have rights to bring claims in their local courts. Mandatory consumer protections under local law apply.

  • US and Canada customers: Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws, and subject to mandatory consumer protections of the customer’s local law where applicable.

  • Any dispute should first be raised to info@sportandsoul.com for resolution. Where permitted by law, parties agree to seek informal resolution before litigation.

  1. Regional Consumer Rights

  • UK: Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies to faulty goods.

  • EU: Consumer Rights Directive and two-year legal guarantee apply for non-conforming goods; made-to-order/personalized items are typically excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right.

  • US: Federal and state consumer laws apply; disclosures and shipping obligations comply with applicable rules.

  • Canada: Provincial consumer protection laws apply; remedies for defects are preserved.

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
